No employee, consultant, recruiter, contractor, vendor, representative, agent, client representative, or any third party is authorized to demand or collect any money, fee or charge on any account, gift, favour, benefit, service, commission, or gratification in the name of Easy Source or in relation to any employment opportunity with Easy Source or its clients.
Candidates, applicants, employees, trainees, apprentices, and workers are strongly advised not to make any payment, fee or charge on any account or provide any benefit to any person claiming to facilitate employment, selection, deployment, salary processing, confirmation, transfer, promotion, continuation of employment, or any employment-related service.
Any request for payment, fee or charge on any account should be treated as suspicious and must be immediately reported to Easy Source at: helpdesk@easysourceindia.com
All individuals are advised to independently verify the authenticity of any job advertisement, employment offer, interview call, appointment letter, website link, email communication, mobile number, social media message, or recruitment-related correspondence before sharing personal information, documents, banking details, or other sensitive information.
Any payment, fee or charge on any account made to any unauthorized person or third party shall be at the sole risk of the person making such payment, fee or charge. Easy Source shall not be responsible for any unauthorized transaction, payment, charge, commitment, or representation not made through official Easy Source communication channels.
Easy Source maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery, kickbacks, recruitment fees, facilitation payments, commissions, unauthorized charges, payments on any account, and any form of unauthorized gratification. Any employee, contractor, consultant, vendor, representative, candidate, worker, or third party found demanding, offering, receiving, or facilitating such payments, charges may be subject to disciplinary action, termination of engagement, reporting to clients, and legal action in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
By applying for employment, participating in any recruitment process, accepting employment, or continuing employment through Easy Source, the applicant, candidate, employee, trainee, apprentice, or worker confirms and declares that no recruitment fee, sourcing fee, commission, gratification, payment, fee, charge on any account, gift, favour, benefit, or other consideration has been paid, offered, promised, or arranged with any person in connection with the recruitment, deployment, or employment process.
If any such declaration is found to be false, or if any individual is found to have participated in any unauthorised payment, fee, charge, monetary or benefit arrangement, Easy Source reserves the right to withdraw any offer of employment, discontinue employment or engagement, disqualify the individual from future opportunities, and take appropriate action as permitted under applicable laws and company policies.
