Controlling involves the verification of the performance to know that the functions of personnel management are done in conformity with the directions as well as plans of an organisation.
It also covers checking and verification and comparing the actual with plans, identifying the deviation if exist any and determining standard through controls.
Analysis of labor turnover records, auditing training programs, directing morale surveys, taking interviews of the employees separately is some of the ways of controlling the employees’ management functions.
To carry out the above-mentioned functions with precision, an HR manager must possess experience and vast knowledge.
With adequate experience in the role of HR manager, you will be able to give the best to your organisation. It is of utmost importance that HR managers must retain the potential professionals in the organisation with lucrative incentive scheme and promotion.
